We offer a few in-house services and options to help with your planning and day-of setup, saving you some time and money. Some of our suggested packages include certain options and others can be added to any package as your ideas, needs, and budget start coming together.

Services Explained

Venue Manager

Our venue manager and basic DOC services are there to ensure the space is clean, tidy, ready for your arrival, and on hand should you or your vendors and guests have questions. We will help coordinate your wedding party ready for the ceremony and keep everything running smoothly to the timeline until dinner service. Ask about our full DOC service for more assistance through the end of your event.

Day Of Coordinator

Your DOC will contact you prior to your date to ask questions about your day of activities and create a timeline to ensure your day runs smoothly. They also work closely with the venue manager to help set up and decorate according to your style, colors, and theme, and coordinate with your vendors, guests, and the wedding party, getting them where they need to be. Problem-solve last-minute issues and clean up so you can relax and enjoy.

Dressing rooms

Our main wedding suite is available for getting ready and dressing with multiple makeup stations and lots of room to dress.

Our newly renovated RV/tiny house makes a perfect getting-ready space for smaller wedding parties or the ‘other half’ of the larger wedding party.

Simple Décor

If you trust us to set the stage for your day, our simple décor package provides a selection of lanterns, vases, bottles, and other rustic décor items ready for use.

Ask about our full-service floral design service for all your floral needs.

Tables & Chairs

We provide ceremony seating, and casual dining with 8’ and 10’ farm tables, 72" rounds. folding chairs, picnic tables, patio seating, and décor tables for your welcome signs, gifts, desserts, or other displays.

Bar Service

The rustic Lazy Dog Saloon and our garden Sequoia Bar are available for your BYO beverages. We include a large cooler for icing your beverages, cups, ice, keg tap, etc., and a licensed bartender.

*New for 2023; full bar service with seasonal beers and cider, red and white wine, soft drinks, lemonade, and iced tea. Prices per person.

Beverage Service

Included in all Packages; lemonade, Iced tea. and ice water service for guest arrivals

Ceremony Arch

Included in all Package: Our ceremony garden includes a 9’ x 9’ rustic log gazebo with a wooden floor to decorate however you desire unless you are happy with our simple décor.

Ala Carte Services

Day Of Coordinator – from $650

Our DOC service works closely with the venue manager, you, and your wedding party to help manage your day from your arrival through dinner service. They will help you plan the day of activities and create a timeline, help set up and decorate according to your style, colors, and theme, and coordinate with vendors, guests, and the wedding party to get them where they need to be. Problem-solve last-minute issues, and more, so you can relax and enjoy your day.

Officiant Services - $300

You can’t get married without one!! Our professional and seasoned officiants will help create and custom write your ceremony.

Full-Service Floral and Coordination

My Melissa Floral and Coordinating combine her experience of creating and coordinating your florals, décor, and day of activities in one convenient package created especially for Lavender Owl Farm.

Bar Service (BYO beverages) – $8 per person

The Sequoia Bar in the garden is perfect for cocktail hour and small garden weddings. The Lazy Dog Saloon is available for the larger groups dining inside the barn. Our basic Bar Service includes a licensed bartender, coolers, cups, ice, and everything needed to serve your BYO beverages. Includes unlimited ice water, lemonade, and iced tea. Coffee and Tea service can be added.

Licensed Bar Service - Coming 2023

Offering two seasonal beers, a seasonal cider, local red and white wines, and soft drinks. We also include unlimited lemonade and iced tea. Prices vary per person.

DJ Service - from $600

A DJ does more than just play music! Good sound equipment is recommended for your ceremony when you have more than 20 guests, and of course for great party moods when you have a large crowd!

Additional Hours - $200

If you need just extra time to set up additional décor or get ready, extend your photo session, or the party is too good to end, you can add an hour or two as needed.

Additional guests - $25

We allow 10 additional guests to some packages for those last few guests and late RSVPs. Everyone over the age of 2 yrs. is counted as a guest. We have a 75-guest maximum.

Overnight Stay - $150 per night

The 'Owl's Nest' (Airbnb suite) and 'Garden Manor' (Glamping RV) are both available for an overnight stay the night of your wedding.

What you can Provide

Finding the perfect vendor can be overwhelming when you don’t know where to start. We have a list of recommended professional vendors who know the property. You are also welcome to source your own for us to meet and approve! All vendors must be professional, licensed, and insured businesses and able to provide a certificate of liability insurance.

Alcoholic Beverages

We are a BYO facility and limit beverages to beer, wine, and cider. We permit one signature mixed cocktail to be served during the cocktail hour. (Licensed beverage service coming in 2023)

Catering

We allow traditional full catering, on-site BBQ catering, and food trucks. Your catering choice must provide servicers and bussers and be responsible for clearing tables and the removal of all food waste and other trash. NO DIY or potlucks.

Full-Service Planner & Coordinator

If you are working with your own wedding planner and/or day-of coordinator, we can help incorporate their services with ours. We always have a venue manager/DOC on site.

Floral and Decor

We have an in-house floral designer and decorator who can create all your wedding floral needs from bouquets and boutonnieres to creations for the wedding arch and table displays. From simple to elaborate, the choice is yours.

Photography

There are some amazing spots for creative photography all around the property for those romantic ‘golden hour’ shots. Check our list for those we love working with.

Officiant/Minister/Pastor/Other…

Whatever your preference is, a person registered and recognized by the state is required to perform the ceremony and complete the legal paperwork. Also ask about our services.

DJ/Music

A DJ/MC goes a long way in setting the mood of your day and entertaining your guests. They work closely with your DOC to coordinate and provide sound and music for your ceremony, dinner, and dancing for later. Some even provide officiant services!

Hair and Makeup

The bridal suite has plenty of mirrors and tables for all your onsite getting-ready needs.
