How many hours do I really need?
It all depends on what activities you want to include. The size of your wedding party, the number of guests, and the getting ready, set up, photos, ceremony and then a great party!
Here at Lavender Owl, we take care of most of the heavy set up so your hours can be spent on more fun things!

The more guests you have and the larger your wedding party, the more time you need to accomplish things! Here are a few timeline examples to help you consider how many hours you need. Adjust the times for the seasons, sunsets, late-night dancing or early afternoon soirees! You can add up to 3 extra hours on a Friday evening if you have a lot of set up and decorating to do. Clean up does have to be completed on the same night and goes a lot faster than set up!
*TIP* Guests tend to leave earlier on Sundays!
Keep It Small
Small or no wedding party
25 or less guests, 4-6 hour day
Generally, a relaxed dinner and social hour with no DJ or dancing. H&MU is generally off site and the final dressing is on arrival.
Perfect for smaller groups and small wedding parties, with little to no set up.
