Food Service Guidelines

We know catering is no small feat, and we’re so grateful for the amazing teams who turn wedding meals into unforgettable moments. To help everything run smoothly (and sustainably), here are a few friendly guidelines to keep in mind:

✅ What You’ll Need to Know:

• Full Service Catering. You must hire, or your caterer should provide, enough staff to handle setup, service, bussing, and cleanup.

• DIY/drop off catering: We don't recommend DIY catering for more than 25 guests. For groups over 25, we ask that you add our in house catering team to work with you. They will help set up your food, keep it to temperature, serve, refresh, bus and clean up. We can also provide serving equipment and utensils on request. Ask about catering rentals and hourly staff rates.

• Equipment: We provide a catering prep room and buffet tables ready for portable kitchens, food trucks, and BBQ catering. We can also provide serving equipment and utensils for a small fee.

• Cleanup: Your catering team is responsible for boxing up leftovers and storing them safely in the fridge before heading out! Or, ask about hiring our in house catering team.

• Trash: We provide garbage and recycle service for most of your trash.

• Packaging and disposables: Please limit one-time use plates, utensils and disposable containers when you can. A $250 fee may be assessed for excess garbage disposal.
