Our Catering Requirements
We want you and your guests to have the best dining experience for your wedding, so we have gathered some of our favorite food preparers for you to choose from.
If you have a favorite you would like to introduce to us, please pass along their information before you contract with them to provide service at our venue.
FOODSERVICE REQUIREMENTS
To keep your food service to health and safety standards, make sure your food service provider meets these requirements.
We do not allow Potluck Service
Food service providers must be licensed by the Oregon Health Department
Catering or Client must provide one staff member per 30 guests for setup service, bussing, and cleaning.
Note: Lavender Owl Farm does NOT handle anything food service-related.
We recommend The Wait Staff when your catering choices do not provide staff.
Setup and clean-up duties are the sole responsibility of the caterer in all food preparation and service areas
We do not have a kitchen. There are no cooking facilities onsite. We do have a catering prep area.
Paper plates, plastic silverware, and disposables are not permitted.
(unless catering is responsible for the removal of all disposables)Â
We are a pack it in pack it out venue. Caterers (or clients) are required to remove all food-related trash from the property. We provide trash cans, bags, and cleaning supplies.
