Catering

FOODSERVICE REQUIREMENTS

To keep your food service to health and safety standards, make sure your food service provider meets these requirements.

• We do not allow Potluck Service

• Food service providers must be licensed by the Oregon Health Department

• Catering or Client must provide one staff member per 30 guests for setup service, bussing, and cleaning.

Note: Lavender Owl Farm does NOT handle anything food service-related.
We recommend The Wait Staff when your catering choices do not provide staff.

• Setup and clean-up duties are the sole responsibility of the caterer in all food preparation and service areas

• We do not have a kitchen. There are no cooking facilities onsite. We do have a catering prep area.

• Paper plates, plastic silverware, and disposables are not permitted.

(unless catering is responsible for the removal of all disposables) 

• We are a pack it in pack it out venue. Caterers (or clients) are required to remove all food-related trash from the property. We provide trash cans, bags, and cleaning supplies.
